I visited Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai on a Saturday with my wife to purchase my first new car - a 2013 Hyundai Azera. Brandon Michael was our sales rep and greeted us upon entry to the lot. He was cordial, professional and did his best to accommodate our very specific needs. His manager Tom also helped facilitate negotiations around the new purchase as well as trade in. Brandon had a unique office with many conversational pieces and a good taste in music (which was played for entertainment on the multiple occasions where we had to wait). This was a nice surprise as we had come from another dealer earlier in the day where the rep was less than pleasing to work with. Hats off to Brandon for making a typically stressful experience as pleasant as possible. We were also surprised to find the exact car we wanted (a model over a year old) on the showroom floor! A happy accident for a first time car buyer. The only negative item we can speak of is the waiting time between negotiations - no getting around that if you are wanting to get the deal you want. As with all car buying endeavors, if you have done your homework, have your finances in order, have your trade in prepped, know exactly what you want, and know what you'd like to pay (total price - not monthly payment) you're going to be ready to negotiate the price you want and your experience will be much more successful. We ended up getting financing that was equal to what our credit union had already pre-approved us at and we completed the transaction from start to finish in about 3 hours total. We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Azera with the AutoGuard Ultimate policy for additional coverage on all vehicle components for 100,000 miles/10years. We would be happy to continue to do business with Ray Skillman for future car service and future new vehicle purchases. Thank you again Brandon and Tom for the successful visit!

Quick and easy, it took us about 2 hours total from the moment we walked in until the moment I was driving my new car out of the lot.

After visiting three other car lots, we were impressed with the professional staff at Ray Skillman Hyundai. Our sallesman, Jack Guidry, worked diligently to get us the car that we wanted. He was confident but not afraid to consult others in the building to get the correct answers to our unique questions. The entire staff worked like a well oiled machine. Michael Evans in finance was very knowlegeable at identfying our needs and giving us options. We were never pressured, but were given all of the necessary information to make our choice. Jack worked overtime and never lost patience, even when we changed our minds on color at the last minute. He was able to deliver the car we wanted! We are happy that we made the choice to buy our Sonanta at Ray Skillman. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I was blessed to have Jeff Gumm as my sales person. He went well above and beyond to get me approved a long with Stephine. I am happy owner of a 2014 Ford Focus. I have never been so happy with the service that I received from a car dealership. They will continually to have my business for many years. I was recently in the Ray Skillman Hyundai dealership near just to take a look at a new Hyundai so that I could buy one when I get back to Texas where I live. I was just in town for a couple weeks for the holidays visiting some family and was definitely not expecting to leave with a vehicle. After taking a look I was actually convinced by one of there Brilliant finance managers (Mike Evans) I believe was his name:-) Very professional gentleman and he, before I left had told me about the exciting offers that Ray Skillman Ford right next to the dealership that he actually worked at had and before I knew it between Mike and one of the Ford dealerships awesome salesman (Matt Wertzberger) was done showing me a few different new models that Ford had I was driving off in a new 2014 Fusion and I LOVE this car. New body style has a lot of style and the price was insane!!! I honestly can't wait to buy my next car from these guys!!!! Happy Happy Happy Holidays to me!!!!!!
