Just the other day my wife and I decided it was time to replace my old 97 Taurus. That car had been in my family since it rolled off the lot. So we did some research and headed in the Ray Skillman last Monday. As soon as we arrived we met Mark Miller. Mark took all the time in the world, literally. We checked every lot they had and finally got our choice down to 3 cars. Mark spent all day with us. From when we arrived (around 10:00 am) until we left at closing time. I could not have asked for a better salesman to work with. He took the time to hear my worries and my reasons why i liked or didn't like a car and the amount and never pushed me into anything. He took the time to answer all my questions and the reasons for the answers. I truly could not have asked for a better guy to help us. When we finally made our decision the Finance team got us a better deal than our bank did and we could not be happier. With all that said we drove off the lot in a 2014 Fusion SE and cannot wait to start the legacy of our old Taurus all over again. Mark, we truly want to thank you so much for what you did for us. Weather it is your job or not, you made the whole process enjoyable and easy knowing that I am not the easiest person to deal with. I bought my truck from a different Ford dealer, but I like Ray Skillman's service department better than any other Ford Dealer I have visited. I wish I had purchased the truck from Ray Skillman. I don't know how the process would have affected my opinion of them, but I certainly regret buying from Capitol City Ford.On my last visit to the Service Department, I had an appointment in advance.When I arrived, a nice feller said "someone will be with you shortly" as he was running out the door. No problem. I just got there. But then, I had to stand and watch as two other customers arriving after me were handled before anyone would even look up! Finally, one of the reps, feller #2, had no other place to look except directly at me and asked if I had been helped. I'm sure he knew the answer.I told feller #2 I had an appointment. He wasn't phased. He asked me what I needed, and I explained why I was there... mentioning again I had an appointment. (I had explained ALL of this when I made the appointment, but here I was explaining it again. What's the point of making an appointment if no one is going to look it up?) Eventually, I gave in and re-told the whole story to feller #2 who never reacted to the 'appointment' story, then I obediently took my seat in the 'lounge' area.There, I proceeded to ask myself: Why do you drive an hour past two other Ford Dealers to get to this place. You could be treated like this anywhere! Just about that time feller #3... saying he was the one who made the appointment for me... approached me in the 'lounge' and was 101% professional and made me glad I had once again gone to Skillman for my service.Normally, I would give Skillman five stars for their service department, I deducted four stars for feller #2 who didn't care about my appointment and added three stars back for feller #3 who saved the day by talking to me in the lounge.To get back to five stars, feller #2 might have to get fired.Life's too short to put up with shabby treatment.

My service advisor Mark is great. Always helpful and honest. Got my wife car in next day to do some major work and got it done the same day. Keeps in contact with you and listens to you!! Call Mark for sure!!!!
Having recently purchased a beautiful car from Ray Skillman I wanted to Thank the personnel for the Excellent customer service I received .Being a owner of a busy catering company and mom I had a very limited time to decide on what vehicle I wanted and I had never purchased a car through a dealership and was nervous about calling. But right from the first phone call Marc DeBeaumont was very pleasant and professional. We pretty much hammered out the deal over the phone so I drove the hour from home and was able to test drive the vehicle for the weekend. I really cannot say enough good things about the whole staff. Everyone from the Salesman Marc and Colt Key -who helped with the financing -to the very nice office girls -was extremely kind and helpful. So, If you are like I was--nervous about purchasing a car with no prior experience--give Ray Skillman a call. You will be well taken car of!! I am so impressed by their customer service, I plan on having them service my car even though Fishers would be closer. I want to give Marc and Colt a special shout out for helping me get the car I wanted!! I love it!!
Made an appointment online which was confirmed over the phone a couple of hours later. Arrived about 10 minutes early and they got me right in. Oil change and inspection was supposed to take about an hour, and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. Friendly service, fast, and reasonably priced. What more could I ask for?
