Ray Skillman Ford has provided with me the BEST car shopping experience I have ever had. My first interaction was with Sean McCarty. From the initial contact up until I signed papers and even beyond ( he took the time to show me all the features of my new Ford Bronco) he was very friendly and genuine and always responsive to any and all texts or calls. As the process progressed I was in contact with Carrie in financing. She was fantastic and answered all my questions. On the day of my purchase I met the General Managers Ray and Ashley they were so personable and friendly and were very appreciative of our business. The financial part was so easy thanks to Derrick, not only was he friendly and personable but he was ready for me when we arrived and made the experience very easy and less stressful than my past experiences at other dealerships! Thanks you to everyone at Ray Skillman Ford for the BEST car buying experience! We will be return customers when we are in the market for our next vehicle!

Trevor and Evan handled all of my needs when I pursued my 2021 Terrain. They were able to answer any questions I had and explained all of the bells and whistles that I didn't realize. Everyone is very welcoming and knows what's up! Quinton and Kasey and Andrew Swan gave me the best purchase of my first car. They really worked with me and showed me what I can afford.
