We initially dealt with Johnny Stewart last June, when we needed a new vehicle. He was so very helpful in helping us find a dependable vehicle that would fit in our budget. Unfortunately, just under a year later, we were hit by another car, which totaled out the car/truck we just got!!! We knew where to turn! We called Johnny again, and much to our delight, he remembered us, the type of vehicle we were looking for, and our specific needs for a newer vehicle. We are leaving today with a very nice, dependable car, and within our budget. He went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for!! I know if ever the need arises, we know where to go and who to ask for!!!

Mike Johnson and the entire team at Ray Skillman are Amazing people.From the start of my search Mike was always available to answer all questions. He not only listened to my concerns but also gave me options of choosing the right vehicle.The finance team was wonderful and returned my call when I called.Mike Evans was easy to talk to and went over everything with me.Ray Skillman is definitely the place to go and Mike Johnson will take good care of you just like family.Thank you for the most worthwhile experience!!!

This is the second Escape I have bought from Skillman. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My first contact was with Brittany Ladd and she was easy to work with, then my salesman Derek Young was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. I never felt any pressure which is refreshing.. Derrek Day the finance guy was great as well, in fact I requested him because he did my paperwork on my 2010 Escape. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Ray Skillman. They are a fantastic team. on a side note, my husband purchased his Chevy Cruze from Ray Skillman Chevy and had the same positive experience. The overall treatment of the customer is the best I have ever encountered. Honest, fair, hard working team. I have been taking my 2005 Tucson to them since I purchased it in 2006. Just bought a 2014 Tucson from them based on the amazing work of the service department.

I was ready to get rid of my 2003 Expedition and find something that was more practical on gas. I had already researched several cars on my own prior to going into Ray Skillman. I set an appointment with a Finance Manager and was ready to test drive a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Once arriving at the lot I was welcomed by Jeremy Moorman who was asked to help me in picking the right car for me. He was very pleasant and accommodating to me as well as my family. He even kept my husband busy looking up vehicles and passing time while I was taking care of the paperwork. There were also some unexpected complications with my Expedition and he continued to show patience and professionalism while trying to get things resolved quickly. I enjoyed the level of hospitality that was shown at this lot, almost as if you were guests in their home. Everyone smiled and spoke to you, the entire team Stephanie, Mike, and Manny were also awesome to work with!

First place I stopped, I didn't expect to get a car, although I needed one. Quite to my surprise I got my new car and I love it. No hassle, great service. Very happy customer.
