Ray Skillman Ford Review By Lana Kapima

I was ready to get rid of my 2003 Expedition and find something that was more practical on gas. I had already researched several cars on my own prior to going into Ray Skillman. I set an appointment with a Finance Manager and was ready to test drive a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Once arriving at the lot I was welcomed by Jeremy Moorman who was asked to help me in picking the right car for me. He was very pleasant and accommodating to me as well as my family. He even kept my husband busy looking up vehicles and passing time while I was taking care of the paperwork. There were also some unexpected complications with my Expedition and he continued to show patience and professionalism while trying to get things resolved quickly. I enjoyed the level of hospitality that was shown at this lot, almost as if you were guests in their home. Everyone smiled and spoke to you, the entire team Stephanie, Mike, and Manny were also awesome to work with!
