Overall, it was a good buying experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable courteous, and not pushy like some of them can be. I r'cvd. both a phone call and an e-mail asking how I liked my purchase, and if I had any problems so far. It was nice to get the follow-up attention after my purchase.I would definitely do busy with this dealership again, and I am sure that I will. This was the first car I've ever purchased online. It was a learning experience but Carrie Freund really made it a pleasure also. After a several discussions we settled on terms and Carrie made it all happen.My wife and I live a considerable distance away and we drove over 700 miles to complete the transaction on 5/28 and pick up our Genesis. We are so happy we did! Your dealership is the best I've seen. The people were absolutely great. The car is everything we had hoped for and the price was right. Carrie made sure we were met at our car rental location and we drove to the dealership in our new car to complete the paperwork. All terms were exactly as promised. My wife and I were looking to trade in her jeep commander for a new Fusion, after many disappointing experiences at other dealerships, we came across Ray Skillmans and their professional and courteous staff, especially Ted Ebeyer, our salesman, and when I say OUR salesman I mean we were so happy with my wife's purchase we told them we would be back to buy myself a truck, 3 days later I pulled off the lot in a really good deal on a 1 year old F150. Thanks to all the staff at Ray Skillman for a easy and painless way to shop for a new car, or car(s) in our case.
