This is the second Escape I have bought from Skillman. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My first contact was with Brittany Ladd and she was easy to work with, then my salesman Derek Young was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. I never felt any pressure which is refreshing.. Derrek Day the finance guy was great as well, in fact I requested him because he did my paperwork on my 2010 Escape. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Ray Skillman. They are a fantastic team. on a side note, my husband purchased his Chevy Cruze from Ray Skillman Chevy and had the same positive experience.
