My husband and I are interested in purchasing a new vehicle and made an appointment to meet with Jessica to express what we were looking for. Once we got to the Ray Skillman Super Center, we were happily greeted by two young men and immediately brought in the facility to wait for Jessica. She also greeted us so pleasantly and discussed our concerns. We were then escorted to their financial expert, Jim, who was also pleasant and got right to work on helping us to determine what our best options would be financially to be able to purchase a vehicle. Once our business was complete, we were equipped with the information we needed to move forward in case we chose to go that route. Thank you Jessica and Jim for your kindness and great customer service and for your expertize in explaining financial practices.

Bought my 13 Escape there about 18 months ago. Treated my wife and I great with a fair price. So when the car started having a rumble when using the cruise control when going up hills etc. I took it back to them cause I knew they would treat me right. The senior tech called within a few hours and told me that the torque converter and transmission pump needed to be replaced. Having done a few transmissions in my younger days I asked them if they could just go ahead and rebuild it. They said that they replace them with new ones with a 3 year warranty. To me this was a no brainer. Because I was pretty sure if I just fixed it, chances were I'd be back in the shop within 3 years. Because of the nature of these smaller lighter drive trains. They said they would do it. I had dropped the car off Wednesday night the call came on Thursday morning. Our Escape was done on Monday. I spent most of my life in field service, so I know what great service is, and Ray Skillman Ford delivered!

Ray skillman Hyundai is my new dealership to deal with now. Thay were polite and very helpful with us making the right decision. From the salesman all the way to the finance team. Thank you again Brad, Quinton, manny (finance)? And I cant forget Steve McQueen. Very friendly place....
