Wow. I cannot say enough about this dealership and Billy Webb.He was so helpful, professional and simply amazing. I always read these reviews and worry the people get something special for leaving glowing reviews, they are friends or family members. That isn't the case here. My review is glowing because I am so happy with my purchase and I can't believe I found a dealership that worked so hard to help me.A friend - who does not have stellar credit - had bought a car from this dealership several years ago and the car was everything they needed, dependable and most importantly affordable. When my husband and I started calling around to other places, I found myself getting frustrated and upset because the sales people did not seem to want to help me. They pushed their own agenda. Wanted to give me a basic car with huge payments. As soon as I said I wanted something different it was like a flip switched and they were too busy to help me. At some point, I remembered the car my friend bought and called Ray Skillman at 5 p.m. on a Thursday. Billy talked about several cars in my desired price range that were on the lot and had me fill out an application online. No pressure, just quick and professional help. He personally checked to make sure my application came in and we were setting up an appointment on Friday to see the cars. He told me he had one in mind that he thought we would love, but again, there was no pressure. Billy listened to my long list of desires and limited budget and somehow - he nailed it!When my husband and I pulled into the lot, the gorgeous car was sitting near the door and I drooled over it on my way in. My husband told me to stop gawking because it was probably someone else's car. Nope. It was MINE! I am still in shock. I had spent hours looking at different cars trying to find one I liked, one that was affordable, one that was good gas mileage... UGH. The list goes on and on. Billy found it after a 15- 20 minute conversation with me - ON THE PHONE! I am so happy. I am now kicking myself that I did not call this dealership first. Trust me, when you start looking - go here first. You will save yourself a lot of hassle.My payments are right where I told Billy they needed to be, the car is AMAZING, great miles per gallon, OH MY GOODNESS I am thrilled!!Billy and Dwayne Deppe (finance manager) gave me their cell phone numbers so if I had questions, problems, etc. later I could reach them quickly - I have never had an experience like this from a car dealership. Most of the time I feel like I'm a number or a dollar sign. Not this time, not this dealership. I feel like I have friends here who care and listen. They have made a lifetime customer out of me.
