Best experience that I have ever had buying a new car & I have bought many new cars in my lifetime !!!!! Our Sales Person was Tony Devore and he not only made sure we felt welcome, but he jumped through hoops to make absolutely sure everything was right from start to finish. I recently leased a 2013 Ford Fusion SE through Carrie Freund at Ray Skillman Ford on US 31. I had such a great experience with her. We went back and forth for about a week online and she helped me figure out everything that I needed to know before I even came in. We set up a time to come and test drive multiple cars and she was very patient and knowledgeable about each vehicle we drove. She had great suggestions on how to get the price exactly where I wanted it to be and in the end her professionalism is what really sold the car. When this is lease is up I will 100% be returning to her for my next vehicle. See you in three years Carrie! :)
