In short Ray Skillman Performance Ford met every expectation that I had set prior to leaving my home 4 hours away and they continued to take care of me from the moment I walked through the door till the moment I left and still continue to take care of me.I found the vehicle through auto trader and initially worked with Carrie Freund, an internet sales manager, and began to estimate a trade in value for my vehicle. With the information I provided them they were able to give me an estimated trade in value and we worked out a time for me to drive from St. Louis to Indianapolis. Nicole Smith also helped arrange the vehicle to be test driven and ensured that I was being taken care of while in route and when I arrived. When I pulled up, Tony Mucci was out front and took care of me from the get go. We discussed the vehicle I was there to see and took it on a test drive. We then had my vehicle appraised by "Handsome" Brandon Hockett and they continued to uphold their word and stuck between the ranges for my trade in. The whole process was actually enjoyable and very comfortable. There was no pressure and they even worked with me on the price. I walked away feeling impressed with their presentation and happy that I received exactly what I wanted. This was my first Ford purchase, so despite trading in my Chevrolet, I am extremely happy with my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Throughout the process of purchasing my car I directly worked with Ashley Skillman, Carrie Freund, Nicole Smith, Tony Mucci, Jay Nelson and "Handsome" Brandon Hockett. All of these individuals were awesome and ensured that I had all of my needs met. There is no reason anyone couldn't find a car on the lot and walk away with a good deal. This service department is the best I have encountered. I have owned several Fords from several other dealerships over the last 21 years. Every agent at Ray Skillman has been friendly and helpful and had great follow up. It's a bit of a drive for me, as I live in Avon. But they have definitely earned my business.

When I first arrived I was told it could take up to an hour to reprogram the computor. But to my surprise the repairs were done in less than a half hour; good news bad news; I wish it would have taken all day because I now had 4-5 hours to kill and I got stuck taking my wife shopping. Otherwise you guys did a great job as usual and I do intend to come in for some routine maint in the coming weeks.Thanks for a great jobBill Kramer
