Our recent purchase of a Ford Explorer was an outstanding experience.Mark Millerwent beyond the extra mile from helping us selecting the right vehicle through the bargaining process and making sure we understood how everything worked. Mark and everyone involved were extremely friendly. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend them.

My husband and I were greeted at the door by a very friendly Ron. He made our experience a very positive one. He asked what we wanted in a car and did his best to locate just what we wanted. The entire feeling of the staff was friendly and interested in helping and pleasing us. The finance man, Mike was very professional as well. We did buy a new car that day.

After losing my favorite ride of all time to a hit and run accident, I found myself shopping for a new vehicle. Brandon listened to my requirements and left no stone unturned. My first visit to Skillman/Ford was awesome,I received great customer service. I ended up spending most all of the day there waiting on paperwork and such, but as I waited through the day Johnny Stewart my "sales rep" was with me all day! He and I shared stories of our families and both of our passions "cat fishing" As the day progressed It became apparent to me that Ray Skillman's customer service is A+, Top Notch.I never in a million years thought the day would end with me in a 2010 mustang, you know we all have some sort of credit issues, mine is unfortunately medical bills and with my credit score being what it was, I figured I would get the same old empty promises that all the other car lots gave and reneged on by the end of the day, of waiting for approvals on a loan. But on this occasion I was proven wrong....After a period of wait and great conversation, Johnny came to the lounge and gestured for me to come with him.I was now in front of Mr Peter Wallcott, We began with talking about my BBQ catering Co, He noticed to logo on my shirt.We had a great conversation about BBQ and food in general, Peter is a great guy, we then began talking about getting financing for the mustang, At this point I am in shock!! Usually this is were they tell me ... Sorry sir there is nothing we can do to help you thank you for your time,but no, Peter asked me what I could put down for my down payment, at this time it is starting to come clear I am approved, I ask Peter 'Am I approved?" yes you are he replies. And you know the rest of this story. My experience here a Skillman was amazing Johnny Stewart is a awesome Sales Representative for Skillman, So if you are looking fora vehicle and you feel trapped due to credit issues then you need to stop in to the Skillman / Ford car lot 1250 US 31 Greenwood 46143 ask for Johnny and tell him Dean Shields Sent you!!
