I was met at the door by a very pleasant salesman. I asked to see a specific car; he inquired how I knew about the car; took me to see a sample of the car I asked about. We took a test drive, he was helpful explaining numerous features. He also listened carefully to my story - that my wife had just died, that I had a recently purchased larger vehicle that I didn't need any more and was concerned about the possible negative value of my proposed trade in. We decided to run the numbers, and in the process he asked if I would consider the next model up in size to which I replied I wouldn't be able to afford it. He showed me the car and said he would do some checking on the numbers.. Turned out that because of his helpful interest in "my case" I got a more comfortable vehicle, with nearly the same mileage and more features, and was able to arrange a lease took care of my issues around the trade in. Other staff were equally pleasant during my visit - the finance manager was quick and thorough with the papers I needed, the car was cleaned up and ready for me by the time we got all that accomplished. I'm grateful that I received such helpful and competent assistance.

A great place to find the right car for you

This was my first time buying a car, and the entire experience was flawless. The staff was very professional and helpful, and I felt comfortable every step of the way. I am very pleased with my experience at Ray Skillman in Greenwood.

Best experience ever buying a car! Just what you need. They are fast and they really help you in the process without pushing it. I was looking for the "Buy Here Pay Here" program, but I ended buying a new car thanks to Brandon Michael and Only took around 2 hours, no other place in Indy is better. Go for it!

THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE FROM SKILLMAN FORD AND I WAS VERY HAPPY BOTH TIMES..BEST PART WAS THE SALES PEOPLE AND STAFF WHO GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO DO NICE THINGS FOR YOU.AND THE OTHER GOOD PART IS THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHICH TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE THERE BEST CLIENTBoyd,, the service man is terrific. i stopped on monday and he got the parts i needed and fixed on car on wednesday.. he is honest caring and treats me like i am somebody important..all the servicemen are a great bunch
