I was met at the door by a very pleasant salesman. I asked to see a specific car; he inquired how I knew about the car; took me to see a sample of the car I asked about. We took a test drive, he was helpful explaining numerous features. He also listened carefully to my story - that my wife had just died, that I had a recently purchased larger vehicle that I didn't need any more and was concerned about the possible negative value of my proposed trade in. We decided to run the numbers, and in the process he asked if I would consider the next model up in size to which I replied I wouldn't be able to afford it. He showed me the car and said he would do some checking on the numbers.. Turned out that because of his helpful interest in "my case" I got a more comfortable vehicle, with nearly the same mileage and more features, and was able to arrange a lease took care of my issues around the trade in. Other staff were equally pleasant during my visit - the finance manager was quick and thorough with the papers I needed, the car was cleaned up and ready for me by the time we got all that accomplished. I'm grateful that I received such helpful and competent assistance.
