This is the second used car we've bought from Ray Skillman Ford. The sales and service are excellent. Both vehicles were in very good condition.

Ron Goode made my Thursday. He let me test drive a car. Located what I wanted at the West Dealership. After coming to terms, We agreed to a Friday pick up. All in less than 2 hours. Friday worked about as smooth however it did take a little longer, but 2 hours.. A new record for leasing a car in less than 4 hours total. I then was a very happy camper driving home in my new car, my 5th Sonata the best ever.

I went to the Ray Skillman Ford Dealership in Greenwood, IN and was not looking to buy a vehicle, just going in to get my oil change on the Ford Explorer that my fiance drive. While waiting, we decided to look around for vehicle and immediately Dan Branagan (Sale Rep) greeted us from the get-go... It was quite early in the morning and he was unlocking all the vehicles on the lot. We pulled next to used F150s and Dan helped us find a truck that i was looking for right away. We ended buying a vehicle through Ray Skillman with the help of Dan and Gary from Finance..we also traded in our old vehicle and the appraisal process was fast and easy. We ended getting more for our trade in and it was pleasant surprise. We got there around 9 am and was done with paperwork and drove a new truck home around 1 pm. Overall we are very pleased to do business with Ray Skillman and we will definitely come back for future purchase of new vehicle and service... a big shout to Dan and all the people of Ray Skillman Ford... My husband and I just purchased a new Ford Escape from Ray Skillman. Ben Lukemeyer and the rest of the staff that helped us were great! They patiently answered all our questions and stayed past business hours to complete the sale.

It had been years since I've purchased a car from a dealership. To be honest, I'd rather have a root canal than have to go through the car buying hassle.However, I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated by the staff at Ray Skillman Hyundai. Having done hours of research online to figure out what I wanted, when I arrived on the lot Manny was pleasant and easy to work with. He showed me the car I was looking for and a couple of others; only when I asked to see them. Manny & Chris worked to get me in the car at the price point I was looking for and Cari was helpful when it came to financing options.While I could have purchased a similar car at another dealer, in the end I chose to give the business to Manny because of his easy to work with personality. It was quite refreshing! We are Hyundai fans and are now Ray Skillman fans too.
