Couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Ray Skillman Ford. Derek Young is the most personable and knowledgeable salesman I have experienced. Nolan was also a pleasure to deal with, so was little Jack Roush.

Our sales person, Joe, was friendly and knowledgeable. The overall experience was excellent. The process seemed to take some time, but with all of the disclosures and paperwork required to get it right, I would rather take the time now rather than have to come back. It is sort of a balancing act, Do I run thru it so fast it seems impersonal or do I take the time to do it right? It truly is a fine line.
