Overall, a good experience. Our salesman, Johnny was nice and helped us a lot. My critiques include the following: we were told that the car had Bluetooth and it didn't; the car was close to empty on gas and we didn't realize it at the time so about an hour after we bought the car we had to spend $25 in gas; the car was not waxed and I had to do this myself the day after we bought the car. We were pleased with their quality and selection and we really like the car, so these things will not deter us from buying from them again but I would like to have a full tank of gas next time I buy a car!!!!!

I worked with West Winn and Gary Wehr. They both treated me terrific. I started with a van and that wouldn't work for my wife, so I went to an SUV. There was no pressure to buy the car.

I had a great experience, the guys in the service center are very helpful and understanding. They did a great job fixing my tire on one occasion @ no cost as well as changing my oil in a very timely manner. Thanks Guys!!!

This was my first time buying a new car, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, with regard to both the staff and the options available to me. I went into the dealership with my boyfriend and two close (and protective!) friends, and we all were so impressed by how helpful, down-to-earth, and straightforward my sales rep, David June, was. I got an excellent price on my 2015 Ford Fiesta Hatchback, and once all my questions were answered, I was in and out of the dealership quickly.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass with the help of Brian Minner at this location. He was very thorough and informative and was a pleasure to deal with. The vehicle sat on the lot for a while and when I test drove it the tire light was on. I was told to contact the dealership if I had further issues after purchasing. I woke up one morning, about 3-4 weeks after purchasing, and 2 of my tires were completely flat. I spoke with Brian and he assisted me in getting my vehicle towed to the dealership. Later in the day Brian contacted me and told me that there was a minor, fixable issue with the tires and that it is fixed at no charge to me. This location is very accommodating and they do right by their customers. Highly recommend!
