Great service and sales

I was looking for a car online for my daughter. I found one in Iowa City and drove 4 hours to purchase it, but upon arrival I learned it had more damage than was disclosed over the phone. I left with very little faith in auto sales personnel. I located online the same vehicle at Ray Skillman, and with much skepticism, I called to inquire on its condition. Anita gave me an honest overview of the blemishes and sent detailed pictures. She was very responsive and helpful. Given my Iowa City experience I was weary, but decided to drive another 5 hours to hopefully get the vehicle I was looking for. Upon my arrival the vehicle was waiting for me and the salesman, Austin, was very friendly and very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the folks I worked with at Ray Skillman.

If you can love a car dealership then this one is one of the better ones. I've bought a few cars from here and been with family members when buying. They do give more for trades than most and will come down on price pretty easily even if already one of the lowest. Pretty easy to work with without too much back and forth. Been to a lot of larger car dealers and this is rare. Worth your time checking them out.

Our sales person, Mac Bridges went way out of his way to make us happy, as we test drove like 5 vehicles before we decided on one. Very happy, would definitely recommend.
