They were very nice but I felt a lot of pressure to buy a couple warranties I wasn't sure I necessarily needed. They do not haggle on price at all.

Ordered my Mustang GT the way I wanted it to be. It took Ford 3 months to get it to the dealer. Ray Skillman was not at fault though.
