Amazing service from the time I walked in! Linda treated me with a smile and was so courteous. Jessie the manager kept me updated and informed during the time my vehicle was being repaired. The car looks amazing after. Would recommend to all.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the choice of vehicle to the dealership it was purchased from. Jen fielded questions via email for about a week, which I'm sure is not the preferred method of communication,Manny made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I was interested in and connected to me on a personal level. He also provided me with water, filled my tank for the drive home ,transferred my plates and provided me with a license plate bracket made specific for my vehicle,gave me a souvenir bag to transport my belongings to the new vehicle,worked with me in getting the asking price i was looking for for my trade in value, and did it all with a smile. Kevin made sure all the financing and paper work was done accurately and my needs were met, and Chris periodically checking in on my experience to make sure i was being taken care of. The experience was a true team effort and it showed in the customer experience. Everyone contributed to a phenomenal purchasing experience; I did not catch his name but even a gentleman at the door chatted me up while waiting for the car to be cleaned. 8/22/17 I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Ultimate. The two main guys I worked with were Mark and Chris. They were both no-pressure sales guys who knew a lot about the car I was buying and were great to work with. Overall, my experience was excellent and I'd do business with this dealership and these people again.
