Wonderful experience, as usual! My husband and I purchased a new Ford Focus at the dealership recently with Derek Young, whom we have worked with previously for a Ford lease. Derek, and the rest of the dealership staff, are always incredibly helpful and friendly. The environment is low-pressure and inviting, and they truly seek to make your car shopping experience positive. Ray Skillman Ford really takes care of it's own. My husband and I feel extremely satisfied and will continue to use this dealership as long as we live in Indy!
