Whether it is the sale staff, or more importantly the service department, Ray Skillman Hyundai Greenwood is a standard setter.I recently had a Veloster Turbo destroyed in an accident. I made my purchase of a new(used) Genesis coupe GT . This GT was actually at a Ray Skillman Buick, but I insisted on using the trusted professionals at Ray Skillman Hyundai Greenwood. The sales manager made the necessary arrangements and had the GT brought to me. Purchase was made through them. Service department gave it the once over before I bought, just after I test drove. Standard setting warranty items and TSB's were taken care of before reciept. The way car buying should be.

I was very pleasantly pleased with the excellent customer service from Matt he made sure they had everything for the recalls I was having done on my 2001 Escape before I took it in for service. It had 4 recalls I dropped it off on a Thursday right before they closed and the recalls were done the next day around 4pm. I thought for sure they would keep my Escape over the weekend but was very impressed they had it done in less than 24 hours. Excellent job! Excellent customer service!
Be sure to inspect car carefully before purchase. Got a nice f150 Certified Pre Owned. After 2 weeks popped the hood and noticed my air intake had a 1.5ft long crack in it. Was covered with silver duct tape!They said they didn't see it on the inspection but doubt it. Silver duct tape on black plastic is pretty easy to see even if you're not a mechanic.They got it taken care of. But definitely a pretty redneck thing to see on a truck they were supposed to 'certify inspect'
