Driving from Michigan, we experienced car trouble today enroute to Florida, with a flashing "check charging system" alarm. Lucky for us, we found we were only 2 miles from this Greenwood Ford dealer. To our surprise, they were able to fix our tensioner and V-belt within 2 hours, and we were back on the road. Thank you, Tadd Findlay!!!! Awesome service department, and very comfortable waiting lounge, even for my border collie! An uncomfortable travel experience made wonderful by the service group at Ray Skillman Ford! Thanks!

Everyone at the dealership was professional and friendly. Enjoyed working with Darla Pieper our sales rep, in choosing the vehicle that met our needs and wants. No pressure and received a fair offer including incentives and trade for 13-year-old vehicle.

My journey began on Tuesday with a visit to Ray Skillman Ford. I was originally supposed to meet with someone from internet sales, but ended up getting to work with a wonderful gal named Ashlee. After waiting around for several minutes, she came back and saw that we were still waiting, and took us under her wing. I began to tell her that it was that I was looking for, and explained some obstacles that could prevent any deal from actually happening. She assured me that she was there to help me the best that she could and she did just that. We looked a couple different models and trim levels. She let me look them over inside and out. And even though the two that I was debating between were the same trim, but different color, she encouraged me to test drive both of them. Once we nailed down which one we wanted, she began to work to put a deal together. Ashlee was with us every step of the way. She is amazing and made buying our new car easy and a pleasure. Once a deal was put together I was handed over to her team lead, Cornell who was equally amazing. I never felt that either of them saw me as a sale but saw me as a person and a customer with needs and wants. They made all my wants and needs a reality. Such an amazing group of people. Kevin, in finance, was amazing and was able to put together a deal that we all felt great with. I definitely recommend Ray Skillman Ford, and specifically Ashlee and Cornell to make your car buying dreams a reality!
