From the first follow up phone call concerning my registration and pre-approval, through the application process, to the follow up call after I bought my new car the customer service was excellent. I never felt hurried, pushed, or like anyone was trying to sell me a car. Everyone I encountered came across as just really wanting to help and had concern about the customer experience without being overbearing. My dealings with car buying has never been a comfortable process for me, I now know that experience can be pleasant and pressure free.
