This is my favorite Ford dealer in Indiana. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Their service department is also great. Fast and friendly.I guess this an update from my previous review. I just bought my Mother a car from this dealership. At the start of the process, I gave them a wish list of what she wanted, color and everything. They found an EXACT match and got it ready for her in record time. Of note, this was probably the last Ford Fusion in the State of Indiana that had everything she wanted. She is a senior citizen and this car came with a lot of features that were new to her. I cannot say how much I appreciated their patience and the extra hour+ spent AFTER the purchase was complete on a Friday evening (past their shift end) to make sure she understood everything. Josh Polk did this for my Mom but my appreciation extends also to Brent Fisher and Derek Young. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Nick was helpful, alert and considerate. Nobody "loves" heading to the dealerships for car service but Skillman's team does as well as any I've needed.

It was quick, easy and very well explained, I tried doing business with another area Ford dealer that was closer and I found out why I bought previously at Skillman, a much better experience.I'm a customer for life!!!!!!! Thanks

My experience... I took my new car there to get serviced on Feb-22-2021. While waiting they pulled my car in a different lot with the keys in it running, and it was STOLEN. They claim this is the first time. After telling us they couldn't find it I checked Ford Pass and had to call the cops.---The dealership did fill my gas and change the oil. They also offered to clean and detail the car, and I plan take it back for that. It was a little frustrating that no one wanted to tell us what was going on until I saw the car downtown on Ford Pass, which is also why we called the cops. I realize this isn't normal, I bumped from 1 to 3 stars for their effort to make things better, but still spent and entire morning and a lot of stress for simple warranty work.
