Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant experience and got the car that I wanted.

Car went in for service under warranty. Some issues arised however the Service manager, Eric, did everything he could to make the situation correct once brought to his attention. They owned the issue, made no excuse, and we reached a good agreement to resolve the situation that worked for both the service department and myself. Will likely return to Rayskillman should my Ford's need dealer service.
