I bought a Sante Fe, and I cannot say enough good things to express my satisfaction with my purchase, salesperson (Kristin Ramirez) and finance specialist (Manny Ruiz Aguayo).I applied online and expected to be badgered, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive Kristin's call. She was very professional and scheduled an appointment for me that accommodated my schedule.Upon arrival, the inventory of cars on the lot were attractive, but Manny helped me select the perfect car for me. I love this car and did not feel coerced into buying it!They are so professional, respectful and courteous and provided me with the best customer service I have ever received purchasing a car! I give them kudos for being there for me, and they will get all of my referrals for car purchases.
Gavin was very helpful and friendly and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted until I found the one. Kasey was also a big help and super nice. They worked hard to make sure I got approved for something and that I left with a new vehicle. Highly recommended!
My brand new car was recently totaled and I did not know what I was going to do. I received a pre-approval letter from Capital One for Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood. It was kind of far for me but I was in desperate need of a car as I had to turn my rental in the next day. John and his team were exceptionally nice and wonderful at the same time. I did not feel any pressure and they worked with me to make sure that I was in a vehicle I could afford before I left for that night!!
