I purchased a vehicle here about a week ago.The sales personnel were awesome. First, I hate pushy car salesmen. However, when the salesman first approached me, I told him I just wanted to look around. He respected that and did not approach me again until I indicated a desire to talk.Second, the salesman had integrity. I have reviewed and verified every answer provided to me by the personnel at this location. At no time did I ever get the feeling of being manipulated. One of the best customer experiences ever. These folks go out of their way to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. The sales people, the technicians and the financial advisors treated us with exception care and concern. Even the new young man who took us for a test drive was great and explained most of the features and advantages of the car we were driving. These folks know their automobiles, and were happy to show us as many as we were interested in. We went to look at an Elantra, but got real happy with the perfect color and features of the Kona we drove away in. Highly recommend the Ray Skillman group.
