I had been searching for a new(er) Ford Flex for a few months. I had given up hope until I was contacted by Brittany from the online email I had sent regarding a Flex that was exactly what I wanted. Once we were able to make it down to Skillman Ford we had an awesome experience! I couldn't be more happy with my salesman, Aaron and our finance guy, Pete. Spending a while at the dealership isn't how you want to spend your Saturday, but with these guys it was a breeze! We were told by a few other dealerships that I couldn't get this car because it was more than we wanted to spend. Ray Skillman Ford was able to help us figure out a way and I couldn't be any more happy than I am now...driving my new Ford Flex Ltd. :)Kudos, Ray Skillman, kudos!!

Joe Winkle was a treat to work with, never have I seen a young man be so polite, humble and honest in dealing with me. He even took me on a tour of Ray Skillman car collection while they were working on my deal for me. Believe me I've bought a lot of cars in my day but I must say purchasing my Flex from Ray Skillman Ford has been the best experience of my tenure.Though I did have a few glitches (I'll explain those in person to the general manager if he's sincerely interested) in the overall process Randy (sales manger), Ken (sales manager) , Derrick(finance manager), Brandon (used car manager) which he gave me a very favorable trade in value and Joe made me feel so valued a person and as a friend not just a consumer.I am over the moon with my Flex; such a refined automobile and a great deal on top of that!! I know that my deceased dad (a die hard Ford buyer) told me "way to go, son". That's all the approval I need!

I was very pleased with most of the process and got the exact car that I wanted at a reasonable price.There was only one downside to my experience that I will not share on these reviews since they have already been discussed with the floor manager.I look forward to doing more business with this dealership in the future!

Dave June is the MAN!! I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my Mustang in the Spring. My car had took it's final breath that day on US 31. Mr. June turned a rotten day upside down with his honesty and dependability. =)

Buying a car through Ray Skillman Hyundai was a fantastic experience! This was the first time I have needed to purchase a car and never at any point did I feel pressured, rushed, or influenced to buy something with which I was uncomfortable. The salesperson I worked with was Aaron Robinson, and he was very courteous, professional, and his salesmanship is second to none. I went in close to closing time and he spent extra time making sure I was viewing cars within my budget as well as what I needed. We then went inside to look over a few options. After he had assessed what he felt was right, he recommended coming back the next day so we could be more thorough and test drive a few. I showed up the next day and the first and only car that we test drove was the one I purchased that same day because he so closely focused on my needs. I was blown away at how painless he made the whole experience feel.The rest of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. It was clear to me that the work environment was positive, which reflects great management and a great atmosphere for customers to make confident, well-informed purchases without the fear of being deceived. I went to 10 other car dealerships before I went to Ray Skillman, and none of them came close to the customer service that I received here. I love my car, I'm confident in my purchase, and I couldn't recommend Ray Skillman or Aaron enough.

Tony, thanks for doing such a great job with "The Works" Service on the Explorer. Also thinks for the extra effort in taking care of the rattle with the Heat Shield.Kind regards,AD
