I chose and purchased a vehicle on 12.26.20 and after driving for a few miles the next day I decided I did not like it as much as I originally thought so I took it back on 12.28.20 and the sales manager Randy took care of me and put me in a different vehicle I was originally considering to buy with no hassles whatsoever. It was a very smooth transaction and he was great. On top of that when I was trying to decide what to buy on 12.26.20, Joe my salesman was extremely patient and worked with me the entire 8+ hours I was there. Ray Skillman Ford is an absolute excellent dealership and I will always turn to them when I decide to buy again.

My salesman (Cornell) and finance manager (Derek) are among the best people I've ever met. They really care about people, not just making money. They go way further than the extra mile to help and ensure happiness to their customers. I highly recommend Ray Skillman Ford! Mike Johnson was the greatest sales person! He made the process of purchasing my new Ford F-250 truck so easy. And the finance manager Derrick Day was awesome! This guy explained all the paperwork so thorough that I didn't even have any questions through the financing process. A great dealership and the best people to do business with.
