I love how friendly and professional the staff were. Ron and Manny showed interest in my needs versus making a sale. I've always had bad experiences in the past with dealerships. Not at Ray Skillman Hyundai. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and began my journey into a new car. Follow up is key for me. Days after the sale, Ron and Manny made sure all questions were answered. I'm driving the car of my dreams and I couldn't be more satisfied. I appreciate the staff and management at Ray Skillman Hyundai.

Least stressful car buying experience yet. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and they came up with a price even better than I had hoped. I will definitely be looking back at Ray Skillman again the next time we make a car purchase. Thanks go to Beau Williamson, Brittany Lad, Jeremy M. and the rest of the Ray Skillman team!

The bottom line is that it has been a very long time since I worked with someone that made me wanting to willing give them my money. I know it is a ironic thought to someone who plans on spending money anyway, but let's face it we don't like giving it up because we work hard for money we earn.My wife and I recently worked with this dealership in buying a new car. For us it was more about specific needs, that if met, would lead to our purchase and if not we would have to wait for awhile to gather up what ever the requirement was we needed to gather. Kevin K, the finance manager, gave me a call one day and said 'I know that I can help you, if you at least give me the time to come down and talk to me.'Interested in seeing what Kevin thought he could do, that others hadn't been able to, I obliged. He gave me very transparent information about my wife and I's borrowing situation and how we sat with a current vehicle we wanted to step away from. He looked at the best options for us, only submitting our information to people he believed could help rather than blasting our credit with countless inquires. Ultimately, he came to us and said this is what we can do and this is what we need from you. So my wife and I came in and continued the conversation and by the time that we were done Kevin managed to do an even better number for us ensuring that my wife and I got the maximum benefit to the car buying experience.It has been an incredible experience for something that can be so delicate and we will continue to shop at this dealership until something prevents us from returning.

Our salesman Beau Williamson was great. The whole process went smooth and quickly. We drove 2 hours from La Grange, KY and it was worth the drive for the exact 2016 Ford Fusion that my wife wanted.This was the best dealer experience we've had in a long time, keep up the great work. I would definitely consider making the trip to purchase of another Ford later down the road should the need arise.
