I can't find the Kia/ import location, but the service was great and I think it was a fair price. I wish they had coupons like Butler for Oil changes. A couple of things that need fixed. You walk in they tell you about refreshments and complimentary cookies and brownies. after about 35 minutes of waiting i finally grabbed a brownie, I started choking on it do to being stale. I ran to where the coffee was supposed to be, No coffee was made, no water bottles around. and two employees walked by and even bothered to help locate the coffee so that I can make some more. I am not a king who needs to be served. Point me in the right direction and I will make some more. 1.5 hours for an oil change, that was scheduled, no refreshments, Almost choking was not fun but that is my own fault for inhaling the brownie.... at $70.00 for an oil change you would expect these *extra* amenities.

We bought our Encore in 2014 from Ray Skillman. It's a great little car and we just got back from a trip to California(from Indiana)without a single problem. The service department has been wonderful in keeping our car in great shape, not asking us to have services that we don't need but just what is needed at the time. If you're looking for great cars and great service and helpful and friendly dealers , this is the place!!

Adam in the service center is the best!! Did all he could to save us money, and made sure my rental vehicle was comparable due to my back problems. Nice to have a business that's honest and friendly! !

When my 2000 Dodge Intrepid broke down on me in September 2015...I thought to myself..."it will take you forever to find another vehicle". It didn't take me forever to "find" a vehicle, but for someone to give me a chance. In my previous car haggle review about Oak Motors on the southside of Indy, I found hope at Ray Skillman Discount Center, just north of the Greenwood Park Mall. I did an online quote for a vehicle I found in their inventory online. I had calls from a salesperson,..yadda....yadda...yadda. I went on my own after work one day and brought in some money to hold the vehicle after test driving the beauty. It is a 2007 Mercury Mariner, and so sharp- looking!!! Ray Skillman never gave me the runaround about anything!! I came back a week later with the rest of the deposit money, and then surreality sunk in. Is it true, I already have another vehicle after about 3.5# weeks of anticipation to get another one??? YES!!! I was smiling from ear to ear, as if I got the supreme of all motor vehicles, but it was supreme to me!! If you're looking for a vehicle, checkout Ray Skillman Discount Center, and I promise you'll be burnin' rubber soon!!!!! This is the 2nd car I have bought from Ray Skillman and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are friendly, care and listen to your wants and needs. Don't try and push you to buy extras you do not want - basically they take no for an answer. They are also prompt on their services after you buy the car and getting paperwork processed for title's/radio/etc. The service department is also amazing!!!
