We had a wonderful experience when we purchased our new 2016 Hyundai Tuscon from Greenwood Hyundai recently. Our sales lady, Darla Pieper is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in showing us all the buttons, gadgets and setting up our garage door opener for us. We appreciate all of her help. I went looking in Jan to downsize and trade 2 vehicles for one. Unfortunately, there were some 'issues' to correct before I could get the financing I needed. They were explained well and I came back in 4 months ready to proceed. My salesman remembered me! He even remembered a lot of my situation and needs. There was a vehicle on the lot that well exceeded my expectations and he was able to help me right away. Finance was much easier than I had anticipated as well. I left thrilled with my new purchase! Ford service installed CAI Tuner exhaust, etc. on Mustang. Lightning fast service. Jeff was very helpful for me.

I called to let Tony know that I would be dropping off my car after hours for an oil change & that I would need to pick it up by 10:00 am. He called me at 9:50 & told me my car was ready to be picked up. When I got there, my car was ready & they had already applied my Customer Reward Points to pay for my oil change! The cashier handed me my keys & I was on my way! Perfect way to start my day.
