Great people! They found the perfect vehicle for my wife, a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. She loves it, I love it. Drives nothing like our old 2010 Escape. Much nicer now, very comfortable.

The salesman I had, Michael, was extremely helpful. I originally looked at Ford, but when I moved to Hyundai, by request, he went with me. Although he wasn't certain on some things Hyundai, he did what he could to help me out. A family member of mine was a co-signer for my trade in, which I had forgotten about. So since the trade was owned by 2 people, he should've called the other owner to make sure everything is okay and answer any questions. The manager called my family member and told them that "we do this all the time and there's nothing wrong with just one of the owners being present." Michael gets an A+, manager gets a B.

Just purchased a new Edge from Ray Skillman Ford and we are loving it. Cornell is the best, as he continued to work with us as we shopped around at other dealerships looking at a variety of other SUV's. Ended our journey at Skillman, as besides having access to the vehicle we wanted, we knew what we were getting into. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years from Skillman and have always been satisfied with their service, honesty, no pressure sales, and friendly manner.

It was great until they wanted to sell us insurance.
