Thank you John & Gary (finance) for treating our family with the upmost respect. We knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived & you wasted no time trying to give us things we didn't want, like some dealerships have done to us. You helped us achieve exactly what we came for & we appreciate you being fast for us! (We brought twin 2 year olds who don't have patience!). John was most accommodating & welcoming to our kids. Gary moved fast for our impatient kids but still took the time to answer important questions & make sure we knew what the details of the finances were. Perfect mix of quick, but detailed. Thanks again! We will be back to see John & Gary when we're ready to purchase a Ford truck for dad!
