I bought a low-mileage 2015 Chrysler from these folks. I intentionally waited a month before writing a review. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the Skillmans. I had a minor problem with the "hand picked" car and wrote an inquiry email. Within a hour, Drew Skillman called me and had me bring the car right in. They couldn't get to it right away and provided me with an excellent loaner until the next day. They corrected the issue at no charge to make sure I had a good car. I felt like everyone treated me like the most important person there (although I clearly am not). Sales and service people were all awesome. Robert the service advisor took care of me for the repair and he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. First time buyer from this dealer and I will return next time.

Had another great experience with Ray Skillman Ford! They are very knowledgeable and are quick to get you the right car for you. Though the process was a little lengthy, it's to be expected when it was as busy as it was. My truck is a dream come true and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for the help, Johnny and crew!
