I had a great experience in the service department. My 2017 Ford Fusion broke down and I had it towed to their location on a Saturday night. I received a phone promptly Monday morning from Tad as a courtesy to let me know they will be diagnosing it and will keep me updated. He was very friendly, patient and understanding, offered a loaner vehicle if I needed it to get to and from work. Luckily the repairs and oil change were done promptly by 1pm, he even sent a shuttle to come pick me up! Wonderful experience and service by Tad! Thank you!!
