I am glad to share my positive experience. Derrick Jones did an outstanding job of finding the balance between promoting a vehicle and pressuring a potential customer. He developed a sense of rapport which showed more than concern for making a sale. He was also interested in me as a buyer.The car has been a pleasure to drive.
