While the salesperson was great during the process I felt like it went downhill once I actually made my purchase and took my car off the lot. I say that because when I left I was only given one key to my BRAND NEW car. I kept being told story after story about who may have had it or lost it. One day it would be "my manager isn't in yet and I didn't work last night so I don't know if it's been found", "then I would get "I will have to go to the service department to see if they have it" I mean really it just seemed to be something. It got to the point where I felt like I was being lied to. I called one day about a week and a few days after getting my car and spoke with Brent and he took care of the problem for me real quick. It was just as easy as me taking my car up to the service department so they could cut me a new key free of charge. So then I was confused why my original salesman didn't do that for me. So that's the only reason why I have it 3 stars.Other than that everyone treated my husband and I great and even stayed well over closing to make sure we was able to leave in a car. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future. And I absolutely love my new car! Thank you to everyone at Ray Skillman that helped me!
