Brandon Michael is my sales person and made my 26 years of buying/leasing Ford products an enjoyable experience when leasing my latest vehicle, the 2015 Mustang. He asked enough probing questions to understand my buying style and background to focus in on making my wife and I feel comfortable. He created a level of trust that made us know he and Ray Skillman Ford would deliver on promises. The whole experience was efficient…from reviewing/driving the different vehicles, to discussing pricing with him and his manager to the final steps of closing the deal with the finance guy Noel (who was thorough and efficient as well).Out of the 26 years of leasing/buying from different sales people and dealerships, Brandon was the best. When asking him about where he got a lot of his knowledge (he is a young man)…he said my dad! His dad is a Ray Skillman Salesperson too. I worked for Ford Motor Company 23 years and it made me very proud to see a young man representing Ray Skillman dealership and the Ford products so well.Thanks Brandon (and dad),David Hayes
