I knew what I wanted, didn't want to play any games and I was in a hurry. I walked out the door and drove away with my new vehicle in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Brent was a nice man. We haggled some on price and he finally saw it my way. He was courteous, professional and it was obvious he wanted to win me over for years to come and he did. Overall a great experience.
